How it works
- Assess
Inventory the workloads, dependencies and data. Agree the target platform on evidence, including a cost model.
- Build the landing zone
Networks, orchestration, CI/CD and monitoring as code, with your team reviewing every change.
- Migrate in waves
Lowest-risk workloads first. Each wave is rehearsed, cut over, verified and then the old system is retired.
- Operate together
A period of joint on-call and tuning, then a clean handover with runbooks.
Common questions
- Which cloud providers do you work with?
- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hetzner and OVH, as well as hosted bare metal and Kubernetes or Docker Swarm on your own hardware. We recommend based on your workload and budget, not on partnerships.
- Can the migration happen without downtime?
- Usually, yes. Techniques such as database replication, dual-writes and DNS-level cutovers let most systems move with no user-visible outage. Where a short maintenance window is cheaper and safe, we say so.
- Do you help after the migration?
- Yes. We can run the platform for you under our hosting and operations service, or hand it over fully to your team.
