2. Build in short iterations

   Working software every one to two weeks, demonstrated to you, so priorities can change before the budget is spent.

3. Launch

   Monitoring, backups and a rollback plan are in place before real users arrive.

4. Support or hand over

   We keep running and improving it, or hand it to your team with everything they need.

Fixed price or time and materials?

Fixed price per phase where the scope is clear. For products that are still evolving, a monthly block of time with priorities you set.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. It lives in your repository and your cloud accounts, not ours.

Can you host and maintain it?

Yes, under our managed hosting and operations service, or deployed into your own cloud account for your team to run.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes. After the free consultation we usually look through the code first, at a price agreed up front, so both sides know what we are taking on.
