Most small businesses do not have an IT person. The owner, a relative or whoever is good with computers sorts things out when they break, and nobody checks the backups, the updates or who still has access. We take that over: we look after your email and your Microsoft 365 or Google accounts, keep laptops and PCs updated and protected, make sure your files are backed up, and deal with the suppliers. When something goes wrong, you ring or email an engineer who knows your setup.

Switching to us is free for a typical small office, including moving your email.
What we look after
- Email and accounts: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, shared mailboxes, passwords and who has access to what.
- Laptops and PCs: Updates, antivirus and settings kept current, and new machines set up ready to use.
- Backups: Email and files copied somewhere safe every day, with restores tested so we know they work.
- Security: Two-step sign-in on every account, old accounts closed, and the records that stop criminals sending email as you.
- The office: Wi-Fi, printers and the network, and the broadband and software suppliers, so you do not have to ring them.
- Your website: Hosting, the domain and the certificate under the same roof, if you want them there.
Switching to us is free
- We take over: From your old IT company, or from whoever set things up. We write down what you have: accounts, devices, renewals and who to call.
- Email moved if needed: To Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another provider you choose, in your own account, with your old messages brought across.
- Nothing switched off early: Your old email and services stay until everything is confirmed working.
- Larger setups: Servers, several sites or bigger teams get a fixed price for the move, agreed in writing before we start.
Protection against fake invoices
Irish small businesses lost almost €19 million to email scams in two years, with average losses of over €22,000 per incident, according to FraudSMART (Banking & Payments Federation Ireland, March 2026). Most were fake invoices and changed bank details. Every business we look after gets the records that tell other mail servers to reject email pretending to be you, and two-step sign-in on every account.

Common questions
- What does it cost?
- From €79 a month excluding VAT for one person with simple needs. Bigger offices get a fixed monthly price in writing after the free consultation, before anything changes.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It is month to month. If you leave, we hand over every account, password and document so whoever comes next can pick it up.
- Do you come out to us?
- Most problems can be fixed remotely, so it makes no difference where you are in Ireland. Around Gorey, Wexford and Wicklow we call in when something needs hands on.
- We already have an IT company. Can you take over?
- Yes. We arrange the handover with them, or without them if they have gone quiet, and nothing is switched off until we have confirmed it works.
- Can you move our email?
- Yes, free as part of switching for a typical small office. We move it to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another provider you choose, bring your old messages across and set up protection against fake emails. The account is always in your name.
- Can you look after our website and software too?
- Yes. Managed hosting starts at €25 a month, and our engineers also build and fix software, so one team covers your IT, your website and the systems you rely on.
